By voluntarily filling in your name, gender, mobile phone number and other similar personal information required by the registration procedure in order for Didi to provide relevant service, you acknowledge that you have understood and accept the purposes for which your personal information will be used, and agree that Didi may use your personal information to achieve such specific purposes. Other than such personal information, any other materials, information or texts (collectively “Information”) sent or provided by you to Didi shall be deemed as non-confidential and non-proprietary information, in respect of which Didi shall assume no obligations. Did platforms consist of a basic information platform, special travel information platforms, including, without limitation, “Didi” taxi information platform, “Didi” private and express car information platform, “Didi” hitch information platform, “Didi” chauffeur information platform and “Didi” bus information platform, as well as non-travel information platforms.

The basic information platform provides basic information transmission, instant messaging between users and other basic information interaction services, and authorizes its own information platforms and cooperative information platforms to use the intellectual property and basic information service of Didi to provide professional information platform services for their users;

“Didi” taxi information platform is operated by Tianjin Shuxing Technology Co., Ltd., providing taxi information service for users;

“Didi” private and express car information platform is operated by Didi Chuxing Technology Co., Ltd., providing online ride hailing (private car or express car) information service;

“Didi” hitch information platform is operated by Beijing Tongda Wuxian Technology Co., Ltd., providing hitch information service for users;

“Didi” chauffeur information platform is operated by Hangzhou Kuaizhi Technology Company Limited, providing hitch and chauffeur information service;

“Didi” bus information platform is operated by Qianmo Tongda (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., providing shuttle bus information service for users.

Didi may contain links to websites or web addresses of third parties and third party services. The users shall, in their own discretion, decide whether or not to access such links or accept such services, and Didi makes no undertakings or warranties with respect to the accuracy, completeness, adequacy and reliability of any information, data, opinions, pictures, statements or suggestions provided by such links. Didi’s private and express car platform, hitch platform and test drive platform have procured commercial insurance coverage for their users, which insurance coverage is applicable to the following platform users: drivers and passengers of private and express car, hitch, fixed route bus, and test drive business of Didi platforms.

The scope of coverage is as follows:

Accidental death/disability with an insured amount up to RMB1 million;

Accidental medical treatment with an insured amount up to RMB200,000;

Sudden death with an insured amount up to RMB200,000.
