Error: “Invalid sign-in mobile number format”
When signing in, make sure you enter the correct area code
1) Ensure that your phone's network settings are configured correctly:iOS: Go to Settings > Cellular > DiDi > WLAN & Cellular Data
Android: Go to Settings and ensure mobile data and Wi-Fi are enabled for DiDi
2) Try resetting your network settings:
iOS: Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Android: Reset network settings in System Settings
If you tried to sign in with a method other than a mobile number—like WeChat or Alipay—try signing in with your mobile number
Error: “A risk was detected while attempting to sign in. Please try another sign-in method”
I didn't receive a Verification Code
You can request up to 10 verification codes per day. If you've exceeded this limit, please wait one day, then request a new verification code. If you've made fewer than 10 requests, try the following:1. Check to see if your phone is blocking text messages
2. Make sure you have a stable network connection
3. Try signing in with a different device
